Track Showbie Usage at Your School With Admin Analytics
Administrators need actionable data to support teaching, learning, and technology investments. That’s where Showbie Admin Analytics comes in.
This powerful dashboard provides the insights you need to make informed decisions, without adding extra work to your day. Let’s explore how Admin Analytics helps you stay on top of engagement, feedback, and adoption across your school or district.
Accessing Your Data
Admins can access Analytics directly through the Showbie Admin Dashboard. If you oversee more than one school or an entire district, simply use the school selector at the top of the page to choose which data you want to view. The Analytics tab in the left menu brings up detailed dashboards for each school.
What You Can See
Admin Analytics gives you a complete view of how Showbie is being used across your organization. At a glance, you can check license allocation, spot your most active teachers and students, and monitor week-by-week engagement. It’s easy to identify teachers who might benefit from a Pro license, or those who may need extra support to get the most out of Showbie.
You can also explore teacher engagement in more detail, from patterns of adoption and use of direct instruction tools, to how feedback is being personalized for students. For students, the dashboard shows participation trends and highlights anyone who might need additional support. Parent connections are visible too, so you can see how families are engaging with their child’s learning.
At the class level, Admin Analytics helps you understand activity and engagement, showing which classes are the most active, and where extra support might be needed. If your school uses Socrative, you can also track assessment activity, including which teachers are creating and launching the most quizzes.
Putting Data to Work
Charts, tables, or full dashboards can be downloaded as PDFs or CSV files, making it easy to share insights or dig deeper into the data. Filters let you focus on particular classes, teachers, or time periods, so you can quickly find what you need.
For district leaders, Admin Analytics provides an overview across schools, helping highlight strengths, identify trends, and guide targeted support.
