author
by
Vice President of Learning

Find out more about education transformation, technology in schools, and the future of teaching and learning.

Join Abdul Chohan as he sits down with Andrew Jewell, a teacher with over 17 years of classroom experience, who was at the forefront of the world's first 1:1 iPad project at Cedars School of Excellence back in 2010, to discuss the ever-changing landscape of education.

Together, they explore the national move towards one-to-one devices, the wider impact of hybrid learning, and how technology continues to reshape classrooms across the country. The conversation delves into curriculum reform, equity of access, and the evolving role of the teacher, as well as how digital tools are enhancing feedback, boosting student engagement, and strengthening parental involvement — all while highlighting real stories and practical examples drawn from schools across Scotland.
